Butter Mum’s Chicken
This is a mouth watering dish. Everyone likes butter it is famous amongst the kids, when consumed with bread. But it has the power to tickle your taste buds. When you add it in a particular dish. Butter is most likely to be used while preparing pulav , especially in my house.
Let’s find out what can we achieve with the help of butter.
Here we are about to prepare butter chicken. We can find different recipes to prepare this dish. Here, I’m about to share my mum’s b utter chicken recipe. Trying to add too much variation in the dish can ruin it. Let’s begin.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken:1kg ( I prefer boneless but it’s your choice )
Butter
Ginger garlic paste
Kasuri methi leaves
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2tbsp
2 Onion chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
Vinegar 2 tsp ( or curd)
Cream ( yogurt)
PREPARATION
Take the chicken in a bowl add the ginger garlic paste. Mix it well and add little salt, red chilli powder and butter. Mix these ingredients well along with kasuri methi leaves and cream. Now leave it for 20 mins.
Now take a pan and add some oil. Let the oil heat and add chopped onions and tomatoes and fry till they are completely mashed. Add some sugar and cream and a little butter ( you can also add yogurt instead of cream) fry well.
Now grind the ingredients from the pan in a grinder. Till then you can fry the chicken in the pan till its cooked. Once you grind the ingredients from the pan. Strain them in a bowl and add the fried chicken in it mix it well and garnish it with cream and some kasuri methi leaves.
Your butter chicken is ready to be served.
